SnappGen.in offers AI-powered creative generation services, including but not limited to:

- Text-to-Image Generation
All services are digital in nature and delivered online.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on our website.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment partners.
- SnappGen.in does not store payment credentials (e.g., full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN) on its servers.
- Taxes, if applicable, will be added as per Indian law.
3. User Account & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and valid information during sign-up and payment.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
- Users agree not to misuse the services, including (without limitation):
- Uploading illegal, harmful, obscene, or infringing content;
- Using AI-generated content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Violation may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.
4. Image, Audio & Data Handling
- Once a file (image, audio, video, or text) is submitted for generation, processing begins immediately.
- SnappGen.in may temporarily store files only for the purpose of completing the generation process and enabling downloads.
- Processed outputs may be stored securely for a limited time to allow retrieval; after this period they may be deleted.
- We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Refund & Cancellation
- Since services are digital and customized, cancellations are not possible once generation begins.
- No-Return Policy for Digital Goods: Outputs generated by AI are non-returnable.
- Refunds are not automatic. In case of technical errors or incomplete deliveries, users may request support within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
- Users own the rights to the AI-generated content created using their inputs (images, audio, text), subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.
- By using our services, users grant SnappGen.in a limited license to process and generate content solely for service delivery.
- SnappGen.in retains all rights to its platform, technology, models, and software.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Misuse of AI-generated content by the user;
- Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party failures).
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
9. Modification of Terms
SnappGen.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
